[Fishout] Lower Feather On-the-water Clinic w/Guide Joe Garza

Just in time for the Fall STEELHEAD season on the Lower Feather River.
Join Orvis endorsed Northern California guide Joe Garza, on his home waters, for this special on-the-water clinic. Whether you are a seasoned fly angler, just getting your feet wet, or looking for local steelhead fishery within 2.5 hrs of the bay area, this clinic has something for you!
During this on-the-water clinic, Joe will cover how he approaches these unique sections of the river: equipment selection, reading the water, fly selection, rigging, a variety of techniques and where/why they apply. Including tight line nymphing, indicator nymphing, swinging and dry fly approaches. Joe will take the group to several access points in both the Low flow and High flow sections of the river, from Oroville to Gridley.
Anglers will meet Joe at 7:30am at River Bend Park in Oroville. This clinic is open to a maximum of 6 anglers. ($150/per angler).
EQUIPMENT: There will be some fishing opportunities during the clinics. Bring a standard 6 wt rod with floating line setup, variety of leader material (Ex 9' 2x or 3x) and an indicator. Joe will be providing a fly packet for each participant.
